Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding the weekend.) If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process your order.
All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, UPS. All express and priority shipments are shipped and delivered by UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. Très Chic Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact treschiccosmetics.com within 10 days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Treschiccosmetics.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Treschiccosmetics.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.
Order Cancellation & Changes:
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
International Orders:
All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by UPS and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. Très Chic Cosmetics is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options.
